Orders placed after 12pm will be despatched the following working day.
Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday and before 12pm on Friday, will be delivered on Monday.
Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be despatched on Monday. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. Weekend orders will be dispatched on Mondays.
We are closed on bank holidays. Next Day delivery may not be possible around bank holidays and other specific dates - please take note of the expected delivery date shown on product pages.
DPD UK SATURDAY DELIVERY
To receive your UK order on a Saturday, please select the 'DPD Saturday delivery' option at checkout where available. The last order time for this service is 12pm on a Friday. Orders placed after this time will not arrive on the Saturday and will be dispatched the following Monday. The cost of this service is £20.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International orders are dispatched using DHL, UPS or Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service. DHL shipping is FREE for orders to Europe.
We use DHL to send to the majority of the world, with shipping outside Europe charged at £10.
**This is a guide based on the delivery times estimated by the relevant courier company. Any delays after dispatch, resulting in delivery outside the above time frame, are from delays in the system of the carrier (DHL) or customs in the destination country.

EU COUNTRIES
As of 29/09/22, orders placed from this date, there will be NO EXTRA IMPORT TAXES/FEES due on orders under the value of €150 from countries in the European Union. The price paid at checkout is the final price you will pay and no extra fees will be requested on arrival in the destination country.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders over €150 may still be subject to import taxes/fees.
NON-EU COUNTRIES
For orders to all countries outside of the European Union, import taxes/fees may still be due. The customer is responsible for any such charges. Amicci WILL NOT be liable to pay any import duties or taxes under any circumstances.
