CAN I AMEND MY ORDER BEFORE IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

We may be able to change your order, but it depends on the stage of the shipping process that your order is in.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Our orders are picked and despatched quickly, so it may not be possible to cancel your order after it has been placed.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will attempt to process this.

HOW DOES KLARNA WORK?

For more details on Klarna, please visit the Klarna website. Currently, we can only accept Klarna payments for UK orders.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES?

UK orders placed before 12pm, will be sent by DPD for next day delivery. Orders placed after 12pm will be despatched the next working day (after 12pm on Friday, this will be despatched on Monday).

Orders from outside the UK will be despatched via DHL.

Orders to Europe should arrive within 5-15 working days. Orders to North America 5-15 working days, Australia 7-20 working days and 30+ working days for the rest of the world.
